To really perform at their maximum potential in any area of work or life, people have to achieve a life-balance. We must give attention to all five areas of human development: Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual, Social and Moral. in order to develop ourselves completely and be able to reach our peak performance. Then, in addition to maintaining that balance, we must also create some amount of margin between our time and commitments. By doing these two things, individuals will become more productive, efficient, and effective in whatever they do. In this session, participants will not only learn what to do to achieve and maintain balance, but they will also receive practical steps on how they can do it. This is the closest you'll ever come to a how-to lesson on life!
