Randy Anderson is Co-Founder of E3 Professional Trainers. He has been in sales and sales management for 20 years. Most of that time was spent in media sales, which has given him the opportunity to work with virtually every type of business. His exposure to such a wide variety of businesses has given him the basis from which he draws ideas to help his clients achieve productivity, profitability and success that lasts.

Randy has done professional training since 1998. Throughout that time, he has developed methods of teaching practical strategies for implementing proven techniques designed to improve the performance of individuals. Regardless of experience and longevity, everyone can benefit from the training he provides, and improve their personal performance, which inevitably, increases team performance.

Randy is also a gifted speaker, having started doing public speaking at age 22. He has the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
