Maximum Productivity - Making the most of time and resources to get the results you want

What if you could do the same amount of work in less time than it currently takes you, or get more work done in the same amount of time? Does that seem possible? It is, if you learn the principles of time management we teach in this session. We'll discuss the difference in time management and time budgeting and show you how important it is to set aside time for the most important tasks rather than merely those that are most urgent. In the second half, we discuss the two components of project management: the people and the process. We'll help you identify what roles must be filled on any successful team and how to walk the team through the process. You'll have a concise blueprint of how to successfully manage any project effectively.
