When Randy is not working, he spends most of his time with his wife of 14 years, Cathy, and his three kids; Clayton (age 11), Carley (age 7), and Cole (age 2). He is also very active in the University Ministry at First Baptist Church in Lubbock, where he teaches a Life Group (Sunday School class) for College Students.
